If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, your details are stored to process your enquiry. We will not share this data with third parties without your consent. The data is deleted once it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected.
To book an appointment we collect your name, telephone number, email address and postal address. We need the postal address in order to issue an invoice if you do not attend or cancel at short notice (see our terms and conditions, section 5). We also record the moment at which you accepted those terms.
This data is stored in our practice calendar, hosted by Posteo e.K. (Berlin, Germany) and transmitted encrypted. Booking confirmations and appointment reminders are sent by email.
In the course of treatment we process sensitive health data. We use it solely to carry out and invoice the treatment. We are bound by professional confidentiality. Disclosure occurs only with your express consent or where required by law.
Treatment records are kept for ten years in line with professional requirements; invoicing and accounting data for ten years under the Swiss Code of Obligations.
Our website contains an AI-powered chatbot. Messages you enter in the chat are transmitted to our server and processed there to provide you with a response. Chat histories are not permanently stored and are deleted at the end of the session. No data is shared with third parties.
