If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, your details are stored to process your enquiry. We will not share this data with third parties without your consent. The data is deleted once it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected.

5. Chatbot

Our website contains an AI-powered chatbot. Messages you enter in the chat are transmitted to our server and processed there to provide you with a response. Chat histories are not permanently stored and are deleted at the end of the session. No data is shared with third parties.

6. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools. No data is transmitted to Google Analytics, Facebook or other advertising services.

7. Third-party services

We use the following external services:

• Google Fonts: Fonts are embedded locally — no connection to Google servers takes place.
• WhatsApp: When using the WhatsApp button, you are redirected to the service of Meta Platforms Inc. The privacy policy of WhatsApp applies.

We employ technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against manipulation, loss, destruction and access by unauthorised persons. Our website is transmitted via an encrypted connection (HTTPS/SSL).
